The company’s journey began in 2007 with the launch of Puteri Bayu 1, a three-block serviced apartment comprising 266 units. In the same year, AAR Group expanded into the industrial sector with the development of Desa Cemerlang Industrial Park, featuring 50 detached industrial factories spanning approximately 100 acres.
2011
2013
In 2011, the company introduced Greenfield Regency, a five-block serviced apartment development offering 1,310 units, setting a new benchmark for modern living. This was followed by Molek Regency in 2013, a prestigious three-block serviced apartment with 1,050 units, further strengthening AAR Group’s reputation as a trusted developer.
2024
AAR Group has also made a significant impact in the industrial sector. SA88 Industrial Park, located in Senai Idaman, features 2-storey semi-detached, detached, and cluster factories along with dormitory services, providing businesses with efficient and modern industrial spaces. This highly anticipated project was officially launched in August 2024 and is now open for sale, offering an excellent investment opportunity for business owners and investors.

The company’s latest project, Ponderosa Regency, was officially launched on March 21, 2025, and is now open for sales. Located in the heart of Taman Ponderosa, this prestigious mixed development features premium serviced apartments with breathtaking golf and city views, offering an upscale living experience complemented by modern facilities and amenities. To further enhance convenience and comfort, Ponderosa Regency provides comprehensive furnishing packages for its units, allowing homeowners to move in with ease and style.
Looking ahead, AAR Group is preparing to launch an exciting 20-acre mixed development in Bandar Dato Onn by the end of 2025. 胡伟安 | 董事长
胡伟安，66岁，拥有超过四十年金融、制造及房地产开发经验。1983年毕业于金融与会计专业，他从制造业起步，创立并发展了STX集团——一家为国际市场提供高精密金属及铝制部件的知名制造商。
富有远见的增长与发展里程碑
前瞻视野下的成长历程：怀着打造可持续高品质社区的愿景，胡先生于2006年进军房地产行业，开启了重塑新山城市格局的非凡征程。多年来，他成功领导完成了众多标志性项目，彰显了对创新、实用与长期价值创造的坚持。
为进一步拓展开发愿景，胡先生创立了AAR集团——一家专注于在柔佛州及以外战略地段打造创新、生活方式驱动且可持续的综合开发项目的私人房地产集团。在他的领导下，AAR集团已建立起涵盖住宅、商业及工业项目的多元化成功组合。

Kenny于2014 年加入 AAR 集团，此后成为集团持续发展与扩张的重要支柱。他在集团内积累了超过十年的专注经验，深度参与了集团多元化房地产组合的战略规划、开发与执行工作。
作为一名亲力亲为的领导者，Kenny 领导项目与开发团队，负责多个旗舰项目的推进，从概念到竣工全程追求卓越。在他的领导下，集团成功交付了 Molek Regency、SA88 工业园、Ponderosa Regency 及 阿尔法奥斯汀工业园（AAIP）等关键项目。他目前还积极主导集团位于 Bandar Dato’ Onn 的 即将来临的综合开发项目，进一步巩固 AAR 集团的未来发展储备。
在 Kenny 的领导下，Molek Regency 获得了显著的行业认可，赢得了 iProperty.com Malaysia 颁发的 2019年度开发项目奖 及 2019年度最佳公寓开发大奖。这些荣誉充分体现了他对品质、创新的坚持，以及打造契合市场需求的项目的能力。
